History Lady of Endor Coven and Herbert Sloane

I am seeking information about the so-called first satanic cult in the U.S. called Lady of Endor Coven. It was headed up by Dr. Herb Sloane and there were supposedly a dozen members. One member was reported Ernest Lee Russell Yost from northern West Virginia. Does anyone have any information about this group or any way to contact any of Sloane's relatives?
