Hi. I'm planning on using mugwort and/or blue lotus before going to bed. Which is more effective for lucid dreaming, Smoking it or making tea with it? And how much of it should I take if I'm making tea with it?

Hi. I'm practising astral projection. I'm newish to this. Last night a cold hand grabbed my wrist when I was in a hypnotic sleep state. And last week I remember something cold wrapped around me. Is this anything to worry about? I can't find any information on this.
