I just got a migrain from listening to music, I put my index and middle finger of my dominate hand to the place that hurt and just tried to focus on it, then second later my headache was gone. Try this tell me if it works for psi headaches.

Well I haven't done that but I use a different technique, or a couple of them.
1) I visualize the area in my head where the headache is located and color it red while everything else unaffected by the headache is blue. Than, I visualize the blue engulfing the red and both mix together until the red is "rejected" from my mind and the headache is gone.
2)I used something like your technique but different. I put my index finger on my thrid eye chakra and visualize the "headache" going to my index finger and swirling around it. Once it is there, I can a) convert that "headache" into a "normal" energy and put it back into my head, b) use that "headache" for some energy work, and so many other choices.
I use some other techniques but they are mostly a variation of these two I've listed.
