OOBE, terror
I am amost positive I was on the threshold of a real out of body experience. I was concentrating on my light body leaving my physical, and it was working really well, I was in a deep , trance state, possibly even delta-but definately deep theta. Anyways I started seeing flashes of large bright balls, and vibrating really really hard, after this I felt extreme terror, so much terror I had to force myself to get out of the state I was in. Have any of you had experiences like this, was I starting to see the light people see when they die for a split second?

I used to feel terror when I would have a spontaneous OOBE from a dream state. At first I would think I was still dreaming, then I would realize what was going on, and for years I felt terror every time this happened. I have not yet had a deliberate OOBE, but am working on it, and am not familiar with the other things that you experienced.

i do not have the expirence that other posters here have with obe but it has happened to me..knothing i tried to do.That fear or terror is a great sign(at least for me) when i got comfortable in that place (by just breathing) weirdshit started happening and i mean that in a good way.
