Isn't it truly beautiful when individuals got the strength to stand up for their ideals and openly admit their weak points - these are innocent child-like qualities.
Embracing flaws make for happiness and ease...
So, what about most of us that hold on to our feelings and thoughts - what should we do in order to accept life as it is and to let go of our unskillful behavior?

medelino, though this smells of spam (can't tell if it's the site you link or the one I just removed), I am leaving this here because, aside from a lot of stuff I didn't agree with on your link, I will wholeheartedly agree that the ability to apologize AND really mean it is one of the strongest, most courageous thing that a human is capable of.
