Okay, sometimes I get this feeling like somebody is moving their hands over my hairs (arms, legs, etc.) and besides it being creepy, it's annoying.
I would do the LBRP but being outside on a bench infront of your project building would seem a bit much.
Anybody got any ideas?
I think that in that movie w/ bruce willis and that kid who could see dead people, the kid told bruce that when spirits are around you get some sort of earie feeling-I don't know if this pertains to one of them.

and of course i want to know your or anybodies idea as to what this could be?

saying that, i will say that it could mean that somebody is trying to mess with me cuz they got a developed mental, it could be a ghost or a thing, all i know is, it's a pain in the ass to have.
and i don't know about the band aid theme but what i basically was trying to imply was that i do the lbrp alot but i don't want to do it around people and i basically said that cuz that was the last time i had this episode so i was generally thinking about that sort of a situation.

i don't know what it is, but the more i post on here, i feel that the people on this site are kind of smug or full of themselves.
i mean granted people are smart, or they know this or that but to me, that means nothing, especially if people come across like that.
now people can say that i am sensative, and i will or can admit that but i feel the undertones of peoples replies and i don't like them.

The LBRP can be done silently and still. Visualization is the key to any magickal working. Visualize yourself performing the ritual.

anyways, yeah i see what you are suggesting, my hair could be receptors to engery movement or something. it could be a psychic or something like that messing with me.

and babalon, thank you for your suggestion and I will mentally perform and visualize the LBRP when I am in this sought of situation.

actually, i think the moon has a part to play on this.
it's like my hair are recepting some strong waves or currents which tells me that i am physically sensative.
in either case, it is freaking annoying and mind you, this does happen on occasion but when it doesn, it makes me want to shave my arms and legs.

my sister told me that her friends boyfriend told her (if you can follow that)
when he was sitting out on the bench the otherday and i went passed him, he felt this wave of calm over him like he got something off of his chest.
me personally, i remember saying "whut up" to him but, i didn't feel weird or anything but i was saying that maybe i'm a reciever and if i can channel that-skies the limit baby.lol

Excuse my ignorance, as I am fairly new to this site, but what is the LBRP? I should probably use the search function, but if anyone knows a quick definition then it would be very much appreciated.

Anyway, back to the original point of my post. It sounds to me as though you are experiencing energy in your surroundings. This could be some form of spirit energy, or it could, as Ninlil has previously stated, be natural energy from the immediate environment. I have experienced this on numerous occasions, and I still find it difficult to distinguish the actual source of the energy. However, as an avid tarot reader, I sometimes experience this tingling, and with it is accompanied various images, sensations, and feelings, usually relating to a spirit energy, and usually for the person I am reading for.


Anyway, just thought I would throw in my own thoughts on the matter.

it's just that ninhil had given me an idea as to what it could be and i have expanded on that.
but on the other hand,if i know the source, maybe i can direct that force!
as for the LBRP stands for lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram and it is great for banishing negative (positive?) energies from around you, that and other little rituals (techniques) work great for your aura if done on a daily basis. personally, when i had started doing the lbrp, a few things had happen that weirded me out but it was okay, i guess it was just a sign that it was working.
yeah, do a search to find out more information on it.

Endor, are you a nervous person? Do you have times in which anxiety well up inside of you, and you feel like crawling out of your skin and/or exploding?

What you are describing sounds like something that could be attributed to the begining stages of Obessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). OCD starts out as a general anxiety disorder which then progresses into an obsession. For me, that obsession was fear of accidently, or perhaps purposely, harming myself and those around me, but these obessions can be just about any irrational worry. From the obsession, the compulsion begins to manifest. In your case, it could very well be the urge to do the LBRP.

I very well might be wrong, as I am not a medical or psychological professional. It's important for you to know that it is possible that your experience could be something mundane, rather then something spiritual or supernatural.

well hmmm?....let me see, there are times i feel nervous or anxious like living around here because it's no joke but that is normal because i do live in a dangerous neighborhood.
as for feeling like getting out of my skin and exploding, i would equate that feeling to getting out of my clothes to embrace a naked woman.lol.
as for being mundane? nah- i don't really think so i mean, the experiences that had happen to me was more like,
when i had started the Lbrp a few months back, i felt that i had this weird auro around me and it was evident (to me) when i had taken my son to chuckee cheese and this guy with wild freaking eyes was looking at me and then he started to have a conversation with me and i noticed that he was trying to get closer to me and i kept trying to move away but he was really trying to converse with me and that was bugged out.
experience no.2 derives from when i was working as a carpenter a few months back, i was carrying a load of wood onto the back of this persons deck. i had taken a break and went to the bathroom and something told me to do the lbrp and i did it.
when i went back to continue doing what i was doing, i was on the deck and the whole thing collapsed with me on it, and the load of lumber flew everywhere.
needless to say, i was alright.
but i was so freaked out by the experience that i had posted this event on here a while back and asked people what did they think.
ofcourse the replies were all about the lbrp didn't have anything to do with it, but see, i know that it has.
and i know that is generally used to ward off negative influences but hey, it saved my physical ass.
so i've been a firm believer in it eversince.
