I was wondering if you can travel to all the Aethyrs or other dimensions by your astral body? I know we can't do that via our physical body. And if we travel by our astral body and decides to stay like that forever, will it be harmful for our body? And also will we age in our astral form?

You can travel anywhere that the astral body can go, some places require initiations to enter (for example, Crowley talks about how he couldn't get any higher in the Enochian aethyrs without initiations on lower Enochian planes). You probably can't stay in your astral indefinitely, it is tied to your physical body on multiple levels and you will likely wake up physically at some point. Your astral body is very malleable and can be any age you perceive it to be, though it usually looks very close to the physical body

So even can't we stay in our astral body permanently?

as long as you are alive and healthy you are most likely going to come back to physical consciousness at some point or another. Why do you want to stay in your astral body forever? What are you going to do with your physical body while you are in your Astral forever? It needs to spend time sleeping and finding food and water as a bare minimum

An out-of-body experience is like a full-fledged experience. Dimensions of form (for example the astral) can also be perceived while you're in your physical body, but in this case the experience is less intense, meaning resolution and continuity of those fields are reduced info a minimal range. I don't know much about formless dimensions. According to some theosophical teachings, you need a well-developed buddhi vehicle (intuition) to function in them. I can't even begin to imagine an out-of-body experience like that. Even kaleidoscopic symmetries with all the fancy dynamics have form, so for example LSD won't do it. Experiences of the void could explain it (as a result of ayahuasca or LSD or whatever psychedelic), but most reports i read regarding this void contained traces of form-perception, like hearing a voice for example. Even claims of "feeling nothing" don't make sense, because feeling nothing while in some void, still has some form, because "blackness" is form, as far as i know. The only thing i can think of is the experience of experience of experience ad infinitum, and it makes me dizzy thinking about it. I remember one time waking up and my mind was completely empty, but i still could perceive objects in my room, but it was as if there was no form in my mind. Recalling this, the idea of formless dimensions still doesn't make sense to me, and it doesn't have to.

But on the other hand you have this enochian aethyr-model with gates and guardians and watchtowers and what not...and the idea that the higher ones are not easily accessible because of some entity...this is all very real but only for those working in this system, and even then, one type of guardian will look different per individual. Not that a guardian of some dimension of the element water will look like fire, because then it would guard a dimension of the element fire. It's only the details that are different for everyone, reflecting the difficulty in creating an accurate model for magick.

But if you fully master this skill (leaving the body in your astral form), then you're really good, but it's extremely difficult to master. As for me, occasionally i have OBE's, but i don't chase these experience like i once did. When i'm ready (when i"m 46 years old according to my source) i'll welcome the skill with open arms. But for now, low resolution and a low framerate will do.

I only met one woman in real-life who i believe mastered it completely. This person left quite an impression on me in such a short amount of time, like no one else. The influence of my parents took years to develop, as one can expect, but it took only a few months for this woman to leave an equally powerful imprint. If you ever were to meet someone who has an astral body that well developed, you'll be baffled to the extreme the moment you meet this person and you will hear the voice and see the face of this person for a very long time. I can now understand why masters choose their social interactions very carefully and like being mobile inside our western civilisation, and i'm not talking about celebrity-influence, but it doesn't take a stretch to imagine a teen going nuts after meeting brad pitt. And, it still may be different compared to the influence flowing from non-fake spiritual masters.
