Whatever happen didn't last long and I woke back up in my bed. I've been trying to research the term The Ancient Ones to understand what it was that I saw. The vision or dream felt very real and even my room inside the dream felt just like the real one. This happen a very long time ago in my teens, but I've remembered the dream and term. I just believe that I can learn more by understanding who these 3 were that I was seeing and why. I think the myths surrounding the term might help me on the path of understanding and respect.[/QUOTE]

I woke up in a trance state and heard 3 beings talking about me.
They said I was the son of Enock, and that Enock was a great space explorer and that he was the first human being to leave the earth or leave the earth with out dying.
they said they where the Elohim.
In my 3rd eye I could see those three in black robes.
they had a presence that feel very ancient.

I have a question, but I don't want to jump in on a flame war. That being said, anybody who responds, please do so rationally, this is just something I have wondered about. Why does anybody worship the Ancient Ones? I do believe that they LOST the first time around, and have been successfully kept imprisoned by the Elders. Here's a question:
You postulate that humanity was created to be a species of slaves. So what? Are you a slave?
Second, I'm assuming that in your system, the "cosmic gods" are the ones who conquered chaos and put order to the universe. So how inhabitable for human beings in their current manifestation do you really think this universe would be if all of the rules of order were suddenly pitched out the window? And why do you trust the angry old "anti-cosmic gods" which I assume to be the titanic forces of chaos, to be tolerant of humanity, especially if, as you postulate, humanity was created by the guys who BEAT your gods? Could just be me, but if I defeated some dudes who had managed to lock me out of most of existence for a long, long time, I damned sure wouldn't leave around their creations to remind me of the fact of what happened before.

Nobody said you had to worship Marduk. However, you were pissed off about supposedly being created just to be a slave. But you are more than willing to worship things that you've just admitted will kill you if you're still alive, and may or may not be lying about letting you be one with them.

The forum right now is more important and keeping people civil is also very important. Without it a forum could not survive. I am very sorry about how things went in this thread.

Part of my personality I guess. I know mods have tough jobs espically when it comes to moments like this. I know it's not fully my fault, but if there was a indirect result then I at least rather a mod know I understand no matter what has to do.
