no. you tire me because you don't listen.
i cannot be bothered to explain it to you, as i don't think you'd listen if i did. I am no longer responding to you. i couldn't care less how you interpret that.

Ok, LiberMagus, I can tell you're frustrated with how this thread has gone, and I'm sorry for that, but here's the thing: You started off asking for proof of magic, dismissing some things a lot of us consider forms of magic, leaving pretty much Demon summoning, throwing fire and lightning, stuff like that. Then, when told no such thing as empirical proof of magic exists right now, you stop reading. You're asking for Science, but you refuse to read more than a paragraph about why the answer is no. Then, you dismiss the whole thing as Harry Potter fantasy, and just for kicks, throw in Hitler.
It comes across as either deep disappointment and regret at the answer with perhaps a little lapse of self-control and subsequent emotional outburst, or just a really poor attempt to troll. We'd really like to help you here, everyone who's written here has done so with the hope of helping you answer your question, we're not picking on you or anything, we're just trying to explain why there isn't any empirical proof of magic. Sorry if we've upset you, we were just trying to help.
You aren't being chased off or anything, if you're willing to actually listen to what people say and respond instead of react, we'd be happy to have you on the forum. However, if your posts continue to come across as trolling, you will be banned.

LiberMagus,
When you talk about proof that beings based in a realm without physical bodies are made visable its like asking to prove the human soul exisits or God even…
For those of us that have created a connection to another realm or been contacted beings of another kind, be that Angel or Demon and what have you the experince is very real however placing into context or helping others gain the same isn't always easy.
It like those who have seen a Ghost or had an out of body experience and can't recreate the event to prove to others its happened, some times they dismiss it ever happened to them at all…
What I am saying is, if you want proof you need to find/experience it your self, not ask others to do so for you.
LoS
Steve

In my experience, trying to prove the existence of magic(k) using scientific methods is like trying to prove an orange exists through the use of apples. Sorry for the quick quip, but I cant be bothered getting into a 'yes it is/no it isn't' style of argument. Basically, you either believe in magic and the occult or you don't - I've done too much in the realm of the esoteric to not believe in the results I've obtained.

although there have been other tests with a positive result.

Which is what you'd expect when your results are dependent on a statistical deviation - you can't expect an enormous statistical swing every time...
