Did you ever considered the idea that: Why should I make things harder or more and more complex if the reality is simple?
And as I say I am an Agnostic (meaning that the creator cannot be proved or found). So I dont accuse someone or something, I am just prooving the defects in Genosis.

I disagree/agree...

...if you are 'judged',.. I don't think it is by a council of angels, but only by your own (higher) self. When you step out of your body this is easier to do.

As far as blaming one for their deeds,.. I actually agree that we are shaped by our experiences. Ya, ya... I know of the people with tough lives who turn it around and are a shining example of will and devotion to... whatever,... But I examine my life often. I throw it into other peoples situations. If I were starving, I would choose different than I do now. If I were molested by a priest (a figure of spiritual authority) or abused by my parents (the ultimate archetypical scar) growing up, I would choose different. If I lost my wife, if my child died, if I lost my job at a fragile time in my life... etc, etc. I see that I could make bad choices as a 'residue' of bad experiences.

More so than even all that... I don't think many of those 'bad things' matter as much on the other side as they do on this side. We judge situations from a human perspective... which has unconscious swaying do to fear of death, loss, and so many other things. On the other side I think life is seen as a school, and many things which are abhorent to us, may be accepted only as lesson there.

I don't think the darkness or death is an accident. They are their own keystone with their own purpose.
