Start keeping a dream journal. Write down everything you remember about your dreams. Even if it's just fragments. I'm cursed/gfted with prophetic dreams. You can also tell yourself while you fall asleep to remember wat your dreaming. It's easier for you program yourself to do this. If you have one of those types of tape players that rewinds itself and plays over and over again or a burner to record your voice onto a cd then record your voice to remind yourself to remember your dreams. Set it to play all night long.

However you can make yourself a dream pillow to represent the element of water and the the "planet" of the moon by using what colours you feel represent prophetic dreams. If it were me I'd use the colours blue (for the element of water and sleep) yellow and purple (for prophesey) and white/silver and black (to represent the phases of the moon) as fabric choices and for the colours to use for symbols of the squeeze fabric paint or thread to make the symbols with as well as the thread to sew it up once the herbs ae filled. The element water is best for prophtic dreams while the mooon rules over prophetic dreams. Fill it with mugwort, lavender, mimosa, jasmine, rose or other herbs that are best for prophetic dreams. If it were me I'd take a lock of my own hair or a nail clipping from one of my nails and put it in there as well. Also scry to awaken the gift of prophetic dreams before you go to sleep and to remember your dreams mre clearly.

Also the thing you have to remember about prophetic dreams is that you'll either dream true or it'll be filled with many symbols and metaphores for other things.
