hi, last night i fell asleep while watching the Spurs game and I was having a very strange dream. From what I remember about it, there was an elderly man that lay dead on the floor, and there was a large mirror next to him. After a few seconds i glanced into the mirror and I saw a greyish "ghostly" looking outline of the elderly man that looked like it was trying to escape from his body. After seeing this, i'm still not 100% if I was still dreaming or if I was awake, but everything got very loud and it felt and sounded like everything around me was shaking violently and after a few seconds of this it began to calm and I could almost feel like I was lifting up, but in fear I really started thinking about what was happening and it stopped. Shortly afterwards I thought about the elderly man and saw the "ghostly" scene of the greyish figure trying to escape from the man's body and it happened again. This time it really felt like I was leaving my body, but once again... in fear I changed what I started thinking about something else and it stopped. Can anyone explain to me what I was experiencing and why the thought of this old man was triggering whatever was happening to me? all comments are appreciated. thank you.

Don't worry you just left your body, you went to Astral. Astral has a lot of shit, like ghosts, essence etc.
They are usualy wonâ??t touch you, but when you left you body be peacefull, and never go to Astral when you are sick , because if a person seek all the shit there can attack you. Good Luck.

Hmm. A Midsummer's Night dream ye had. I wouldn't place too much faith in your dream/vision. Last night has passed into memory, and soon it will fade into deeper obscurity. Keep to the present moment, and should your dream/vision return to haunt you, then there will be more cause for concern.
