RSPK or something else?

Okay this is gonna probably sound weird, but I couldn't think of anywhere else to get a decent answer on this...
I don't know how many of you read my introduction, but I was talking about Geisting (or RSPK) and how I have noticed on numerous occasions in many different places that I have resided that light bulbs blow up and things move around when I am really angry. It was put to me today, that perhaps I am not experiencing RSPK, but in fact may have an "entity" of some description that is following me around and causing the aforementioned things.
But I didn't think that if you had a haunting or an entity that it would follow you from place to place, I thought that hauntings or spirits or whatever you want to call them were only specific to that particular place.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this that could help me clear this up?
