Problems with Psi

I've been reading up on Psionics from psipog.com and psiexplorer.com, and every night before I fall asleep I try to feel and visualize the psi surging through me. I havent been successful with making a psi ball yet, but I won't give up!!! Is there an easier way to concentrate psi rather then visualization? I feel that maybe visualizition is hard for me, and perhaps there are different ways to do it. Any suggestions would be very helpful!! Also, for the sake of visualization, would anyone reccommend a picture to refer to? Thanks

IMO, visualization is the best way to manipulate energy, among a great deal of other stuff, but if visualization doesnt work for you... then I'm at a loss, I guess you could try to "feel" the energy, and move it that way... but visualization would work FAR better, if "feeling" it worked at all.

Actually, I think the effectiveness of various methods are a reflection of the psionic's psychic composition moreso than anything else. My best results are obtained exactly that way, by feeling the energy.

When I said that I didn't know if feeling the energy wouldn't work, I didn't mean that I never feel the energy, far from it. I meant by feeling that you would do nothing else, just feel the energy, no visualization or anything else. Just feeling as a technique, I feel and visualize together. But I've rambled probably, I'm tired....
