Being as thou the pope is about to pass, and everyone's emotions are running "high". and with the beliefe in the minds-power (anything can be manifested if we put our minds to it) negitive vibrations sent at the peaks of people meditation could weaking there auras right ?

I don't see why it would be unsafe. There is always a massive quanity of negative emotions in the world. If something was gonna be manifested, it would already be out there. The death of one man, who is definately no better than any other, is not going to have a large effect on the astral, whatever the astral is to you.
