I'm just so happy i found this site and I wanted to share it with y'all. I don't know if anyone else has posted this link before but it's too good not to mention:

This guy has a neat technique (sorta like tricking you mind and body) to help you experience your first OOBE much sooner than you think. I'm trying it and I've finally managed to feel those pre-OOBE vibrations... something i could NEVER do before!
