I am a person that is interested in unlocking and using my mind to the fullest. I would like to achieve a state to where i can manipulate things with my mind but i need some help in doing this since i am rather new to this sort of thing, can someone pls help me in achieving my goal to use my mind to its fullest

No offense mystin, but the topics abound here on how to help you out. The "sticky" topics at the top of the lists are great reference materials. I believe that your exact question has been asked before. And many of the topics here delve into how to achieve a greater understanding of astral and psionic and trance workings.

I am going to lock this as a duplicate, but I just wanted to give you a little advice. Become familiar with the search function here (it won't accept three letter words, though, including psi or psy). If you are just starting on your journey, there is a chance that someone else has already asked the very questions that you yourself have.
