What to think of visions if some of them become real and others are way too surrealistic? I have always had visions which could be calling daydreaming - usually they were too bloody and violent but in very deep detailed so for comfort I explained to myself that if I see such visions these things don't happen. Accidents, death of people and so on. And they haven't happened. Often such visions appeared after waking up or just before falling asleep, so to say on borderline of sleep.

But lately as I have studies more powers of mind and read about tips to try a few psychic skills for preditction of events, some visions have become true. I saw pretty weird vision about week before Olympics that our national champion will have serious troubles which have to do with his health. I woun't even mention where and how I saw them - it was ridiculous place enough to dismiss this vision as anything serious. But a few days later some spiritual guru or healer spoke same stuff in newspaper. Our champion indeed had problems with health and this was most probably his last Olympics.

Now did I foresee prediction of other man or of actual event - I don't know.

Thing is that these visions which actually predict something usually happen too short time before real events. And even those are rare. Visions long time before events are even more rare...

Are these visions really visions, or just some psychic ability on early stages? Are visions considered ability to develop or is it just uncontrollable gift?...

I think of it as learning to be sensitive to the environment. Just like if you pay enough attention to the weather, you can tell when a storm is coming. I think it can definitely grow if you work with it often enough.

Now my unsolicited ramblings....

Even if a vision is close to manifesting in the physical, you can sometimes alter it a bit. If you see someone being hurt, you can make a statement such as "But others will be there quickly to help". If you see a vision of a crime, you can force it back -as a vision- and then try to feed a thought into the persons mind, such as one of remorse or sympathy. Another way is to replay the event over and over until the outcome is more pleasant and you feel a release.

I had one about a month ago. In the vision I opened my eyes and saw an oriental doctor standing over me, seemingly excited that I was still alive. I added my own alterations to it, the best I could. A few days later I was hit by a car... It was a bad, but not as bad as it could have turned out. Now, just last week, I was at my physical therapists office waiting to meet with my doctor. Turned out that he couldn't be there so he had me see his assistant.... The Oriental Doctor! She looked the same and was wearing the same clothes as in the vision. lol Luckily physical therapy isn't much more than doing some exercises, getting massages, and heat therapy. Actually a nice way to spend a few hours after work. It was nowhere near as horrible as the vision suggested.

Play with it a bit and see how it goes.

I believe that visions are simply a visual manifestation
of precognition. Visions are to precognition as clairvoyance
is to clairsentience.

I think there are many ways this may acer, your sense of the future is relative to your future experiences, meaning you either be witness to this incident as the same in the eye's of reality, or even the slightest connect if it's from an artical in a mag could trigger all hell.
