My absolute favorite is a guided meditation CD named Havet (The Sea) by Thor Ødegård. It is a very nice CD with a guided meditation which is very relaxing and later some meditation music. Oh and I also want to mention this little product: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.6016, it is a tiny blue box with 12 Buddhist chants on it. Very practical to just grab when I am going on the buss and listen to with ear phones if I want to meditate when traveling.

I guess alot of people have looked and wondered what the hell is that when have you pick up that jukebox.Right?:D

I think they think it is a cheap MP3 player, after all it is only slightly bigger than a match box.
