Can't say I've read that author. What sort of topic does he write on? Would you recommend his books?
I'm currently reading "Ceremonial Magic and the Power or Evocations by Joseph C Lisiewski, Phd, and it's an interesting read. I'm only half way through it and finding it hard to put down, so I'd certainly recommend it.

His books are mostly on witchcraft; he also has a book on shamanism and a book on ceremonial magick. His witchcraft books are excellent. His shamanism and ceremonial magick books both have a heavy wiccan spin to them so keep that in mind when reading his books. I really like that he breaks his lessons down to readings and exercises to practice. his first book is a great general book on developing basic psychic and meditation techniques. Second one is more about the classical witchcraft book, with spellcraft, the elements, divination, and everything.
Overall I like them as introduction books, but I wouldn't recommend them for people who are very "hardcore" in any given subject. If that makes sense?

I like his books, he writes clearly and simply and knows his shit, from what i've read at least; i'm not big into Wicca, but I have his books "Magick of Reiki" and "Ascension Magick", and they're both fantastic. I've also flipped through his book "Instant Magick" and thought it was pretty spot on too
In the books I have, he warns that he's coming from an Eclectic Wiccan paradigm and that it could color his opinions... But he does very well in presenting information that he doesn't necessarily agree with when its appropriate

Never read any of his books, but when I first read the book descriptions of his Inner and Outer ....Circle? Books I thought they sounded excellent! I'm not really good at learning out of books, so hearing that he had a real lesson plan sounded like something beneficial to me....and sadly, something missing from most 101 books that I've come across.
