Meaning of cards appearing more often?

I have administrated all of my readings since the first time and wrote down which cards I've pulled. I did so in a nerdish style by making a table.

I've found out that from the 105 cards I pulled, from various spreads, 10 of Cups is the card I more often than others.

The fact that this card, or other cards, is pulled more often than others have a meaning, / something to say about my personality?

Kind regards.

Since I don't know what the intention of the readings are that's difficult to answer. As a general rule of thumb it's an awesome card to pull.

Have you marked whether it's upright or reversed?

Sorry to go off topic here, but you seem to be in the know of the Tarot... How do you add 'reversity' to a deck Red?
Any other methods you like?
Do you normally keep them upright and reversify each spread, or do you put them to sleep mixed?

Thanx

TS here, yes I did. Out of the 105 cards, 10 of cups came 5 times, 3 times straight up and 2 times up side down.

When I throw the cards they come out however they like. During the course of shuffling some cards are upright and some are reversed. When I pull a card I pull it to the right and flip it over. This shows whether the card is upright or upside down.

The 10 of Cups is a card of happiness, family and celebration. When it's reversed it tells you that there is something blocking that wholesome and loving energy.

I don't add 'reversity'. I just read the cards as they come out. Sometimes, they're upside down. I just did a reading the other day. It was a Celtic Cross Spread with 3 questions at the end. 13 cards. 10 of them were reversed. There was a lot of blockage of energies or and the situation is in it's infancy and hasn't yet set. There were also 3 Major Arcana - the situation was set. The presence of that many Major Arcana cards told me that the reversals were showing the blockages.

I shuffle tarot cards similar to playing cards in that they won't reverse. Do you put them on the table and mix them up?... or maybe twist some during your shuffle?

Interesting way to view reversed. ;)

3 ways of shuffling tarot to get reversed too:

I use all three of them before I start pulling.

I am similar to Rose Red when i do readings.. i don't specifically introduce it, but will read it if it comes up. I personally find this more interesting when it does, as it doesnt feel like ive artificially reversed some of them to ENSURE reversals are in the deck.

Reversed cards are pretty new in tarot as a whole.

Some cards have very specific meanings when reversed. Other's show that the natural energies aren't flowing as well or as smoothly as they should (or not at all on occasion). It all depends on the cards. If you know the cards well you'll know how to read the reversed.

Some cards don't make any sense at all in the positions they land in. Then you need to look at the nearby cards and read the relationship between them. I could study tarot for the rest of my life and still not know all there is to understand about them.
