Rules vary a lot depending on the type of witchcraft and local associations. Cutlture, social tradition and custom are very different in Northern Europe, for instance, than in South Asia and so on.
Religious witchcraft tends to be bound by certain tenets, with the Wiccan rede being a well known form of such. Do you mean stuff like that?
But basically witchcraft is sympathetic magick, it flows by connection and association, so an action in one area may have consequences in another.

for a good 15 years ive studied the art of witchcraft being trained for the natural evolvement so as witchcraft will not fade out of picture ive stood for bieng a natural human at the moment bent on the rules of coas as i know several people BUT WHO THEY ARE IM NOT QUITE, i wish to relate more....
