Question:
Have you ever started drinking coffee and then found out it was Orange juice, and the entire time you're drinking it you keep thinking it is coffee and with each sip you're surprised it's not?
Me too, ALL the time.
I was in a band many moons ago, we called ourselves the "Eggs of Questionable Integrity". It didn't pan out as nobody would trust us to show up to scheduled gigs especially since we insisted on being paid in advance. We eventually changed the name to "Eggs of Slightly Better Than iffy Integrity" that didn't seem to help much.
I suppose my circle of friends would call me the skeptical type. Once I ascended a water tower with a back-pack fill with objects that were of different weight and size to conduct historical experiments that I wouldn't take at face value.
Turns out Galileo was right, two bodies acted on by the same gravitational pull, WILL fall at the same rate of acceleration regardless of mass.
Anyway, I think that's good enough for my introduction and I am looking forward to conversing with you all.
