Hello...is it possible taking out human soul from body and then that soul incarnate as a special person in same age?...
or can angels demons or deities incarnate a real physical human and transfer human soul in that body or switch souls?..to have new body and new appearance

Leaving the body and re-incarnating as a different person....this is something we all do as a natural part of cyclical existence....but your asking if this can be short circuited and just jump to another body....maybe....in theory.
I recall a story in Taoist mythology, an Immortal's body is burnt to ashes while he is astral projecting....so when he comes back to the body....he can no longer get back in. As a result, he finds a homeless man who is on the verge of death and walks in as the pauper leaves. Can this be done....in theory yes.....is this something an average person is capable off....absolutely not. Keep training.

Souls: There is a very quiet tradition in Tantric Buddhism called "phowa tronjug" or tronjug yoga which is a method of the transference of consciousness from one body to the body of a target. This is a modification of the more acceptable practice of withdrawing consciousness from the body at the time of death without transference to another body. Usually the target will be an as-yet-unborn foetus or a new corpse and there's a parallel with secret traditions of LHP Vampyrism in the West. Can it be done? Perhaps, but it involves overpowering weaker spiritual elements attached to that body and a major violation of the order of the universe.
Angels and deities: This is more complicated. Both angels and deities operate in accordance with the hierarchy of the universe and taking over a body would violate that hierarchy. A deity would have no need to enter a human body in any case; mystical union with the divine operates within the soul. Likewise, union with your own angel occurs within the soul though that harmonised being will then use the body to operate within the material world.
Demons: Yes, it's possible for fragmented aspects of consciousness to seize control of the body, usually after a traumatic event. This is the root of "demonic possession".

This apparently happened with Lobsang Rampa - his soul allegedly came into an Irishman that had fallen out of a tree and lost consciousness.
The Tibetan monk then apparently progressively transferred his substance into the new body.
Presumably all this was done by arrangement rather than by force.
As I recall Rampa's publisher once described Rampa as tall and fair and at another time as short and dark. I forget which came first.
The first Rampa books were the best. I suspect a ghost writer for later books
