Planetary Consecration Times

I am going to be consecrating my Golden Dawn elemental weapons. Pat Zakewaski says they should be timed astrologically however I find some confusion, here are the tools correspondences

Fire Wand : Archangel Michael, Leo
Water Cup : Archangel Gabriel, Scorpio
Earth Pentacle : Archangel Uriel, Taurus
Air Dagger : Archangel Raphael, Aquarius

The issue is the following

The only one I believe to be correct timing in consecrating is the Fire Wand.

I know Leo is ruled by the sun and Michael rules over Leo in Kabbalah and shares the Sun with Raphael (and the both share Mercury as well). So the correct timing would be Sunday in the hour of the sun.

However Gabriel rules over the Moon, but not Scorpio

Uriel rules over Taurus and is associated with Venus and Saturn

Raphael rules over Mercury, the Sun, and Aquarius, but Aquarius is ruled over by Saturn.

So I guess I should ask what is the timing I should use astrologically?

Each object is physical and etheric substance and therefore contains elemental intelligence.

Take each weapon, one at a time, and mentally indicate to it what you want to achieve and then visualize appropriate times of day and see if the elemental likes that day. If not, try the next day, until you find one it likes.

It is important to establish right relationship with elemental intelligences that you want to work with
