There is a legend in Egyptian texts called the Destruction of Mankind. Hathor goddess of love and daughter of Re the sun is sent to punish the humans and to do so she assumes the form of Sakhmet, goddess of war and disease. Is this of any use to you? Both Hathor and Sakhmet were thought to be the same divinity but a different manifestation, other forms include Tefnut and Bast.

Devi is like a composite of all the goddesses in Hinduism. There are plenty of war-like goddesses in Hinduism, like Durga, who carries the weapons of the gods, and fights demons while riding a tiger/lion. I don't know about a love Goddess, maybe Parvati or Lakshmi. The deities in Hinduism aren't generally "The God(dess) of [x]" so what is it you're looking for exactly?

the Endless "Desire" from Niel Gaiman's sandman series.
Desire (capitalized) being the incarnation of desire (lowercase) which is the universal cosmic force/principal of desire or want. Desire is androgyne, being both masculine and feminine. And each of the Endless in the series are dualistic, Desire for example is also Hate/hate.
but that's not terribly ancient. Still, one could argue that the archetype is ancient, even if Neil Gaiman isn't.

Sex, Death, War. If you want to know more, google "ETCSL" and look p the Inana(k) B hymn. The part where she bathes her weapons in blood and pus, combined with the sexual imagery, is quite... striking.
On a darker note, Ereshkigala would also fit.

From an occult point of view - from the experiences I had when I worked with her. She's very ...alluring.
From a scientific point of view - the few myths we have in Sumerian and Babylonian that mention her, most prominent of them of course "Nergal and Ereshkigala" in the two versions that exist, her sexuality is very important and deeply explored. As the old Sumerian myth (I don't recall the museum number right off my head now, but I think it's in the British Museum, but don't quote me on that without me having my books at hand) goes, she got sent to the netherworld to be its queen when the realms of heaven, earth, Abzu and netherworld were split between An, Enlil, Enkig and Ereshkigala. She went there as a virgin, never having experienced the touch of a man (or woman). As soon as Nergal gets down there, the relevant texts get very... detailed about how she bathes in front of him, wears awesome clothes (*drool*) and has sex with him for seven days and seven nights.
She might not fit the picture of a goddess of "love", as in "loving someone" and all that, but she certainly is a sexually active and greedy goddess. I mean, she threatens to release the dead from the netherworld so that they outnumber the living if she doesn't get her lover back. If that doesn't say "hot, horny goddess", I don't know what does
