Evocation without magic circles

Hello.

Has anyone any experience evoking entities without a magic circle? Just the triangle of art?

I understand the circle is used for protection and signifying divine consciousness, but I'm wondering if an entity/spirit/elementary will still manifest itself in the triangle without the use of a circle.

Does anyone have an experience/accounts?

You must have missed that last 5-6 threads in this section about evocation... we were discussing such things, generally in the form of a bit of a debate about circle vs no circle, but you will find what you are looking for there.

I know vibrating certain protective runes help--butdidn't know that it ws really "valid".

I really would rather NOT, but since you two asked so nicely Iâ??ll go over a couple of options:

1- the most common among eastern magicians is reciting certain scripts and prayers, some are more known than others, and some are more powerful than others, these prayers contain names of power and some incantations in Aramaic or Coptic languages, but the wizard should have a connection between him and the prayer, meaning he should have been using it for at least a week prior to the first time he use it for protection.
2- The magician can wear certain â??charmsâ?Â

I find very interesting themes in these old posts...maybe sometime someone needs an answer about this matter.
Personally i believe as strong as i can express my self in the high power of the protective circle as well as the triangle of solomon...easy to construct,extremely significant when used correctly.Why risk it working without a protective circle? Do you feel that you are so ready and maybe made of steel,in order to bare whatever yous rituals may call (evil,entities) in your sacred place?
Within the circle one can transcend the physical world and take the mind to deeper and higher levels of consciousness.It acts as a protection barrier from all evil and unwanted entities.Now take note that the entities are conjured to appear outside of the circle and into the triangle of the solomon.The circle is for the practitionair to stand in along with those who might wish to witness a magical operation as such...that's why you need them both,in all your sacred rituals....my humble opinion,always.

A triangle should never be used without a circle because they are part of the same paradigm, and using one without the other is just courting disaster, in my opinion. Much in the same way people dont go around wearing a shirt and no trousers, only taking part of a paradigm is ridiculous - if youre going to use a system of magic then you should use the whole system. That said, its possible to take parts of paradigms and merge them into other paradigms to create new paradigms, but as the whole idea of the circle and triangle is that the summoner is protected by the circle while the demon appears in the triangle then doing away with the protection is just plain stupid.

I don't have much experience in evocation, but in my opinion, circle and triangle are important as much as other symbols used in evocation. Westerners have symbols deep in their collective unconscious, so if the Circle is used by vast of practitioners to protect themselves, then this is not a thing to be ignored.

The triangle of solomon is supposed to protect you.Stands outside of the circle...when you are not working with a ritual you can very easily cleanse an amulet on it.
