Dreams. Or visions?

Heya gang. Been a while since i posted (had to reregister a few days ago.) But anyhow, i have a question for those of you who are a bit more experienced in CM.. or just have ideas.

Well ill cut to the chase. Since i started meditating, and working on astrial sight, I have been having very odd dreams. I had them before. but now they are 100% of the time that i sleep. They arent quite dreams in my views.

Let me try to explain. Whenever i have one of these "dreams" i feel every second of it. And ill occasionaly wake up and feel like my body was droped off a building onto a bed. Friends have told me thats how it is when your spirit snaps back into your body real quick, after astrial travaling.

I tried dream recall a few times but with odd success\failure. Id wake up after every one of these "dreams" and write down what i saw in them (still somewhat asleep)

The next morning i would wake up and look at my notepad, Well.. Its odd, beacuse. The writing isnt in english all the time. Sometimes its just shapes and forms.. Which really resemble siguls i have seen in a few evocation books.

Afraid of what spirit is associated with these siguls, i always burn them that morning. Just lastnight the same thing happened. Heres what i remember from the notepad.

I see a semi clothed woman before me (add sigul here) she tells me to (another sigul)

Does anyone have any ideas.. its starting to get to me that i cant figure this stuff out.

Btw, even if i fall asleep for like 10 minutes, (in class (highschool) even) i still have these dreams..

Any ideas?

And yes i cant spell or type sometimes =)
