I guess I never thought about it much... seems like an unnecessary step to take... and possibly one that is dangerous...though I do not know a lot about hypnosis...seems to me hypnosis is something that takes away consciousness....all that planing subliminal thoughts and what not... I feel much safer knowing I am in control of giving my control over to the nothing that induces AP.
