has any one ever heard of or used this plant? supposedly, ingesting it in some form (tea or smoking) before going to sleep has some effect on the lucidity of dreams, although by now I've heard so many different reports as to its potential strength that I'm not sure what to b'lieve.
so...has anyone ever used it with positive/interesting effect?

eh, imho, you need to exract far too much herb of that one... an ounce or more, for the full effect...
like san pedro, unless you have perfected your recipe -you need to consume a lot, and its not the tastiest thing around...

I tried smoking a bit before going to sleep recently, and while I don't recall my dreams from that night, I remember being captivated by a remarkably clear train of thought in the hazy 20-30 minutes during which I toss and turn before actually succumbing...
