im 22 and somone said at about 23 if you havent mastered it then you never will...iv astral projected twice, both times by accident...
what do you think?

The closest thing to that is the tendency for children- very young children to have spontaneous projections, astral vision, and such. The usual story is that you are born able to and unlearn astral projection/ astral sight/ etc when your parents and everyone else keep telling you to stop imagining things. I think youthful psychic phenomena are just a side effect of your brain still trying to put itself together, in much the same manner that various techniques of altering your brain chemistry will produce these abilities albeit with hallucinations and loss of thought control if you aren't doing it right.
