Hello people
i recently decided that it is possible to move physical objects whilst astral projecting. i figure if i go to the object (like a stone), use my imagination to alter its frequency in order to move it, then i can move it. Umm does anyone have any experience in this area? Any tips maybe...

I had english since my 5th grade and always stayed among the best from my class. I also had good grades at French, but I never really like it. <_<
Being on topic, yeah, I think that works. I do believe it's all about vibration states.

the way i think of it when your in the astral you are pure consciousness/pure energy
i think to go about changing the vibrational state of an object you would just imagine a way to do it. Why not? whatever you think comes into existance in the astral so i would imagine a focused effort and a little imagination would be enough.
This guy that could do it said he would just feel the objects vibration changing to match his astral frequency when he touched the objects with his hands. Then he would move it somewhere and when he let it go it would go back to its origional/physical vibrational level.
can anybody here astral project fairly often? i would try more but I only AP/lucid dream about once every 10 days
every time that ive tried ( 4 times so far) i either wake up before i get to the object im trying to move or i dont know how to get back to my room from the environment i find myself in
i think this would be an excellent practical application for AP cuz once one learns how to do it one could enter a bank and give a bunch of money to some homeless guy or whatever.
i think a bunch of people should get in on this and we can all work together to figure it out

No astral projection and lucid dreams are two different things. Just connected the mental conditioning required for lucid dreaming is similar to that used during AP. Also lucid dreams are an ideal state to project from.

It is possible, but I myself cannot do it.
I've never been able to get a beer from the fridge without getting up off the couch, without invoking my grilfriend to do it for me, an unpredictable and dangerous ritual indeed!
I speculate the reason I can't is because defying the laws of physics would create horrible paradoxes. Maybe if I myself was insane? What a price though!
Better for me to work towards changing the laws of physics, as Peter Carroll is doing.

You CANNOT move a physical object DIRECTLY from the astral, but with a great deal of energy you can from the etheric plane, like materialised (actually "heavily etherealised")"ghosts" can do. Telekinesis is A LOT easier, it just needs the hell out of practice. But it pays off quite soon, if you're persistend, believe me.

On topic, you'd have more of a chance moving things from the etheric, which is kinda between the astral and physical. However, in my experience it's harder to get to the etheric than the astral.

The etheric is more sensible to instinctively willed actions like when raising your arm.

To me it appeared a lot more 'solid' than the astral in that things didn't... change, randomly. However, I had trumendeous energetic activity during the exit, which was unlike anything I've experienced afterwards, so it could have been an extremely vivid AP.
Some very, very strange things happened that time, so I'm rather uncertain about everything about it. But one of the most striking things to me was... a kind of clarity in the air around me, and a lightness in my still-present body. Colors were vivid, even if not bright. There were some visual artefacts, such as me being able to see my reflection (bright red kinda skin, yellow eyes, fangs [No idea why. I was also kinda transparent.]) in my bed even if it was covered with a textile. Then when I found my body still sleeping in my bed I was perplexed... And just imagine what went through my head(s) when I accidentally woke myself up and started having a conversation with myself... Like I said. - Very very strange.
