i tried it and got a sort of headache which apparently means its working, didnt get onto Awakening2 yet...

I did it in November. Felt pressure, lights seemed brighter, nothing that big of a deal. However, recently, the pressure has greatened and become more frequent.
It works, if you have the time and faith to put in it.

So what, you TOEEEE every day? The website said do it for 3 days, 24 hours apart. Have you been sick the whole time that you have been doing it?

Mine started spontaneously about three years ago, at first I thought I might have contracted some bad brain illness. By now I miss it when I don't feel the forward pressure. I do seem to have increased sense of smell and vision, but it all happened quite gradually.
TOE also means Theory Of Everything (Stephen Hawking & others)

I did as the site said.
The illnesses that I did contract have been because of the disgusting children at school, no doubt.

The third eye is not physical. There are some etheric connections to the pineal gland, but the third eye is not the pineal gland itself.
I suppose you can play around with these tutorials on the net, but from my experience after trying many methods over the years to develop clairvoyant abilities and open my third eye, Dr. Samuel Sagan's book "Awakening the Third Eye" is the only teaching, aside from some IIH techniques, that gave some really serious results. He presents barely any theory. The book is predominantly practical and I began experiencing the predicted experiences within in days. There are few occult books that I would recommend, but this is one of my top 5.

Then again, every elevation in awareness affects the physique. How else are we to notice that something has changed? On the other hand, decrease of awareness has physical side effects as well. The physique simply happens to be our device to register shifts in awareness, it is also designed to enact according to what we know or to whatever we come to know, call it pliability.
Clairvoyance doesn't strictly rely on an open third eye, even if it helps tremendously. In essence clairvoyance is the same thing as looking in a distance with physical eyes, only the distances are now measured in time. But that on its own takes a different way of focusing, at which some are more talented than others.
My real plea here is not to dig too deep what others tell you in their writings, make your own experiences and travel from there. You wouldn't for instance go hike in the woods on basis of what someone wrote about those woods, you'll have to take it step by step on your own so to speak. Between every other person there is a slight shift in reality even if at times the slights can be quite big.
