hello everyone recently last night i was doing cord magick spells and i finished with a little meditation and energy gathering, as i was doing this i chanted some customed words, something told me to do so because i needed to dream better and i wanted to. now wait don't move this yet i'm getting to the point

well this has happened before but never as intense.

i woke up in the morning and i go to the bathroom, i look in the mirror and i have indentations on my skin, and i have a red finger mark on my arm thats slightly indented from the night before. let me remind you there is nothing on my bed for these marks to come and it has happened before! can anyone please explain this to me, or what i might be going through, i'm not scared i just want an explanation

This happens for various reasons as far as I can see. As far as I can tell during dreaming, you go out into the astral, but stay very close to your body. There are supposedly times you may wander or attract attention, and have encounter's with astral entities outside of yourself (as opposed to the usual entities that are constructed by your own thoughts).

Depending on the experience, it can leave actual physical marks on your body. You body is manifesting what your subconscious is telling it to. It rather depends on your belief system if you think these entities are outside of yourself or part of that vast psyche of yours. In that case, your subconscious is strongly trying to communicate something to you. I would take the images associated with those dreams as very important and try to sort them out.

I once dreamt of an encounter with an alien intelligence and woke with rather complex raised geometric designs on my arm that faded in about 20 minutes. I don't necessarily believe in aliens, but I took it as a message that I was supposed to be learning a very important lesson at the time.

I hope I didn't allude to my insanity in this post. LOL

ohz not at all actually that was very informative! thank you very much. i don't have a real way of remembering my dreams anymore though. once i wake up, they are gone. any suggestions
