Has anyone purchased the 90 day program yet?! I'm very excited I bought astral dynamics and loved it, but wanted a steady curriculum (to match that with my CM) This seems to be the best book out there for begginers and those who wish to astral project....

My best friend (who likes AP better then OF *shrug*) is buying a copy of the book fer our entire group (of 9 people). So I'll certainly keep this site updated as to my progress (I'll be done by *counts* March
)...though, ummm....I've already read several ways to go AP, and have taken notes on a book by Robert Monroe [Far Journey's] as well as have a few versions from the Brain Wave Generator (which by the way comes with the book I hear) so I wonder if those will effect me. (Not to mention I'm finally having luck getting to the astral now).
There are however a few in my group that are TOTALLY clueless & are looking forward to this gift. With luck they will lemme post some of their stories here fer ya all to enjoy.
If it's as good as the reviews say it is (in effectiveness, not in writing, cuz I already know I don't care fer the guy) I'll be WAY happy!

Robert Bruce is a man with 30 years of experience, which adds wieght to what he writes. I have bought the book for a friend and I am waiting to see if it works for him. IMO the program should work quite well and should be a smooth step towards a first projection. You should have your first projection well before 90 days in my opinion.
I tried out that brainwave generator. Make sure you do that right or it hurts your ears, but if done right it works extremely well and is a good way to show you what kinds of trance you need to get into. Granted, though, it doesn't get you into a very deep trance right off the bat, (unless you are super sensitive to such) but go with the program.
BTW: I am from the pulse, and I don't suggest the forum. The Website itself, though, is quite good in my opinion. You can download programs like N.E.W. energy work, opening third eye, OBE programs, ect. Most of them written by Robert Bruce himself.

I have not read Mastering AP yet. I do have his other book which is good. I prefer Monroe's books better but to give Bruce credit his "rope" method is the only way I have found to AP. I will still proabably get the book sooner or later.

I got the book yesterday...I'll start reading it this evening. I'll TRY to keep everyone posted as to it's difficulty as well as it's effectiveness....granted, I likely wont be able to tell you if it TRUELY works fer at least 90 days

I can't say I stayed faithful to the 90 day program, currently my friend is borrowing the book.In better news after deciding yesterday I wanted to stay up all night if need be to have an OBE, I attempted projection and I succeded . I decided I was tired of not focusing my own will properly and decided I would expiriment with different levels of tiredness to stimulate an OBE. Anyway I just layed down and started the 4 fold breath, at this point I didn't do any relaxation exercises. Soon I became uncomfortable with the four-fold breath, because after entering a heavy trance state I realized something, all the twitching and muscle spasms when in the vibrational state, for me at least, were caused by improper breathing! I had my girlfriend sleeping next to me and while in a trance state I listened to her breath, and tried to follow it, they were long- deep and repetative breaths. To my suprise this way of breathing eliminated all of the twitching problems and eye miovement (a common problem for me when practicing the rope technique, because it raises energy so fast that it causes a muscular uneasiness that ruins the moment and I have to relax again...) anyway as I followed this new rhythmic pattern that was taking me deeper and deeper into a trance state I felt that key relaxation everyone always talks about. My body felt heavy as lead, then I realised another thing after starting the rope, although they say doubt can disrupt an AP, in fact I believe that any shred of doubt will cause you to lose that connection that is needed to shift your conciousness into your etheric vehicle, I believe so because every time I would begin to enter the Vib state which is easily achieved in the rope tech. in even a few seconds, I would say to myself "damn, this is it....I "hope" this works" So I stopped the rope tech and just let the breathing carry me deeper into trance. I decided at that moment in such a good trance to make my own affirmation "Relax,.. Let Go,....I will astral project" The key word that caused any noticeable change was Let go, I had read a few posts by nero from a diff forum, and he had said something along the lines that he had to just let go for it to work and he knew it. I know it sounds cheesy but when your on the brink of an AP and you are seeing glimpse's of the astral and are hearing stuff your desperate to gain that first concious experience. So I kept repeating the affirmation only eliminating I will astral project, so I was just saying in my head "Relax, Let Go" over and over until I was so deep in trance I was suprised myself that I was not sleeping. Everytime before this I had quit the rope tech. for a few seconds to a few minuets because of the fact I didn't want to ruin this perfect trance state for AP'n. So eventually while about to reattempt the rope technique about the third time, I cut the affirmation down to "Let go", and repitition of this word in my head gave me that umph, I was already in the trance state and was repeating and feeling myself "letting go" of my physical body, It was so heavy I felt two seperate bodys, one composed entirely of energy which was vibrating violently and pulsating, but My body was not twitching or spasming because I maintained focus (*Oh yea I also circulated my body of light when the energy became intolerable, this helped immensly!), soon I felt very very light, like I was floating a bit above my body, I thought that at this moment the conversion to my etheric body was complete, wrong.....I was seeing bits and pieces of the astral, and half of my body was still stuck, then I felt a whole weird body buzz thing and I felt like my whole body had fallen asleep then a loud, audable popping noise and I was out! For the first time I felt like I had jumped upside down, then I felt a snap in my neck and I was back in my body UGH!. Well Tonight I am going to test this method a few more times, I just need to get into that deep trance state and I can maintain and manage my energy through affirmation and focus...yay! Finally I see some shred of payoff after 4 damn years of workin my ass off....Funny thing is I stopped the 90 day workbook 8 days after starting.....and yesterday I had the urge to try.....
