I wish to work on the skills of Astral travel, and I have stuided it well enough to know the precautions and some of the basics.
I was just wondering if anyone has any good practice methods to sharpen or create this ability, that does not involve a cricle or any of that, for I have no access yet to ritual space.
Are there any methods of concentration i should work on.
is the focusing on the black river drifting away the thoughts any good?
