Strange night...
Original post: Ceriel Nosforit
As I was falling asleep and started noticing hypnagogic images I found that I could direct 'it' from my vision to my hearing. So I started hearing noises, and when they become powerful enough they started spilling back into my vision... Next thing I remember I was in contact with a being from Norse mythology, and he caused an energy surge in me. I'm working towards a Kundalini awakening, and this felt slightly like the accounts of wich that I've read.
Last thing I remember from this episode was hearing music....
When I started to wake up my antics continued and I conducted a series of astral projections. (Apparently the house that I live in looks a lot different in the astral.) The first projection I conducted was barely lucid and very subjective, but it wasn't a short one. The projections after that weren't very successful. My body was almost awake, and I have this annoying problem with opening both my eyes and third eye simultaneously, causing overlapping vision and major confusion. Anyway, despite claims of the impossiblity of it, I seem to conduct etheric projections (which kinda fail), aswell as astral ones. I get some distance away from my body, but then feel an immense gravity back towards it. This time, while etheric, I communicated with my physical body in what is probably a telephatic way. Physical I thought that etheric I was lacking very important information in my attempts to escape this 'force feild', and showed me this strange... animated blueprint. There was a circle, divided into three sections by lines, and along these lines chakras moved in a synchronized manner. When one chakra moved down a line, two other chakras did the same on the other lines. (There was a bunch of secondary chakras too, but they seemed kinda trivial.) The whole contraption was revolving like a wheel, and then I saw the wheel split into two. One wheel was in my physical head and the other in my etheric. The wheels were synchronized with each other, and when my etheric body tried to get away from my physical body the two revolving wheels seemed to bend at their contact point in the third, depth, dimension. The two wheels can probably not disconnect from each other while they are synchronized. I'm not sure if they ever should be broken from each other.
I just wonder how the hell I came up with this 'diagram', or does it have something to do with what I experienced while falling asleep?
...Oh, and my voice really sounds strange in the ether.

Oh yeah, and I dreamt we dug up Jesus out of the ground. He wasn't even decomposed.

Another strange one. This time I was sitting down, when a child from some jungle had approached me from the back and placed some kind of head dress on my head. I got a flash of at earlier times having been jolted by this and the child took it off of me. This time I wasn't jolted and accepted the head dress. Very strong energy sensations ensued, and it effected my mind aswell... I can't really tell how.
If a moderator reads this, could you please transfer it to the dream interpritation thread over at Astralogoy / Divination? I suspect very strongly that I'll have a third dream.

Hm, could they be wish dreams? I had them when I only dreamed of psionics, and also got them some months ago... one of telepathy, other for telekinesis, and other for what seemed to be RV or something, I could see through my eyelids. Very strange, but I hear that training in dreams (lucid ones are better, I think), can make you better... dunno, cause I never tried, but still...

I've had that with telekinesis aswell, so it is defenitly a possibility. These dreams would certainly align with my current aspirations and state of mind.
On the other hand, I felt the energy both times. With my current understanding, energy sensations are much in their home-turf in the astral, and there is very little difference between what is a dream and what is a projection. I was very much lucid and acting of my own will when accepting the head dress, and usually when I'm lucid my dreams are not very subjective. - Maybe it is not my state of mind causing my dreams, but my dreams causing my state of mind? - In this regard, the sensations were 'real'.
But I am very much in the deep end with this. I can't differ between my desires and my intuition, let alone determine anything about my subconscious. Beyond the physical, I am unable to see the difference between cause and effect... Sometimes I'm not sure if I can do it in the physical world either.
Answering "How?" is out of the question. Maybe I can answer "Why?" or "What?"

In my telekinesis dream I felt a difference in my head when I used it. I'm still at energy manipulation, so I found it a bit strange to feel that sensation. If I get a similar one when I get to telekinesis, I'll find it very odd...
In my last lucid dream I heard my alarm ringing. The thing I was dreaming off just stopped, I saw the emptiness of thoughts and emotions in my head and it suddently popped into my head: I'm dreaming and now I must wake up. I got so frustrated with that.
Other one I had I manipulated my dream a bit, things were where I wanted them to be, like a gun taped to the wall just behind my tv... I have to get deeper in lucid dreaming.
About your dreams, I'll try to think about it and post it later... maybe I can come up with another explanation.

Ceriel Nosforit, I seem to not be on the same level here, but could you tell me:
How exactly can your "third eye's" vision overlap with your other eyes? I was under the impression that the third eye is a bit of a metaphor for the un-explainable "6th Sense". When you chew gum and touch a table, your two senses don't normally "overlap", so why would this be any different?
Of course, it is possible if you were under the influence of narcotics, assuming the 6th Sense works exactly like the others (although personally, I do not believe that it does)

At one time after having been subjected to loud music for 72 hours straight, I found myself having an experience very similar to the effect of some unnamed downer. I would hear music out of ambient noise while feeling completely mellow, amongst other things.
A potent psychoactive chemical called DMT, illegal in many countries, is produced in small quantities by the pineal gland. When one smokes marijuana, the THC causes the brain to release endorphine, which is 16 times stronger than morphine.
Schizophrenia has traits similar to the effects of various psychoactive substances, and electromagnetic impulses can cause a wide range of emotional responces. These have made people think they are in contact with "God".
The "shithead" of the zen-story might be that and a holy man at the same time. We don't know. The question is "can we know?"
The third eye, "mind's eye". I know that it is a vision, but I don't know anything about the nature of what I'm seeing. I know that I 'see' with it. I can see dreams with this "third eye" aswell, but the other things I've seen makes me as sure as I can be that I am not dreaming.
While seeing with this third eye, often from a completely different perspective, my physical eyes open aswell and I see with them too. These two visions, perspectives, overlap each other. If trying to predict a phenomena like this I'd say that one would be aware of both visions simultaneously, but in (my) reality the visions are imposed on each other and I can't make sense of a single thing.

This is something of a deviation from the previous, but hey; where else to put it?
I have a thousand eyes. They are the petals of lotuses, chakras. When I look into one eye, I see what it sees. For a moment I understand something new, but when I look away I forget what it is.
The eyes of the major cakras are a bit difficult. The vision might blur a bit.
This requires a lot more study, and as I am starting to get a better grasp of trance, I should be able to fulfil this requirement.
Also, there was a thunderstorm with heavy rain tonight. I felt strong energetic movements because of it, and even a tension that felt as if it could draw lightning to me.
Floating at the edge of trance, I mentally told the storm to "show me what you've got". Encouraging it and kindof challenging it. "Is that the best you can do?" The rain was started pounding harde on the roof. I kept calling for more.
Suddenly the room flashed blue, visible even if my eyes were closed. There was a loud bang from the electronic gear, and the thunder got the windows rattling and house shaking. The light would not turn on when I tried.
I decided further encouragement of the thunderstorm was ill-advised.
