Creating Psi-Ball

I tryed to make a Psi-Ball and i dont successful to do it.
can someone who success to do it give me a lesson/good guide to do it?

If you are looking for "visible" and "touchable" aspects of Magick, try to find information about biolocation. It would be useful if you are beginning to work with energy, as well.
