I've attempted it, but nothing made sense. It was very similar to Astral.

Yes, it is very hard to grasp. Your mind needs to be in the deep theta state to remote view effectively. Images will appear as if on a screen, you ask your subconscious or higher self questions, and the answers appear, in images, sounds, smells, etc.. some call it "remote sensing"

Hey Ludi,
I've practicing a CRV based methodology of remote viewing for about two years now. I was trained by FM Bonsall and Ed Dames. If you are interested in learning RV I highly recommend reading a good bit of the literature about it that is available. From that, you should be able to choose the best methodology and method of learning, be it, on your own or through books or in person training.
I was writing a couple of large posts about the US government's history of RV as well as current sources for information about RV and tools to help in your practice, that was before I upgraded my motherboard and CPU at the same time frying my hard drive

When I get motivated again, I'll start writing and hopefully post something useful :-/
Til then....

The only time I have ever heard of remote viewing was when viewing Aaron Donahues site. Been curious since that day as to how they do that.

That's terrific bozz! I'm so glad you're willing to try it, because I've seen on other boards where people asked for remote viewing demonstrations the viewer got very defensive and angry. I would be happy to give you a target. Do you need an address, or can I post a map, or what sort of target information do you need?

Damien, thanks for those suggestions.

Major Ed Dames has been on Coast to Coast Am before and I was impressed with what he had said. If you listen to the show you know that alot of people call him Doctor Doom. Here is the website for Coast http://www.coasttocoastam.com. There is a search engine there so you can just plug in Major Ed Dames and you will come up with info from past shows and links to his site.

i kinda stumpled upon it... this week there was a big party in town, 5 day party into the night. and i had to work, so i used my afternoons to get a sort a siesta. i was going to overcome my sleepproblems, can't sleep that well normally. didn't get too sleep very well, but when doing this for a few days i gradually learned to deepen my trance state.
at a certain moment i began to see images in my minds eyes, at first not too sharp but gradually they increased in detail. mostly i saw scenery's that didn't looked familiar or people i haven't met.
they became increasingly sharp during the days, i could see things as if with my real eyes. that was a nice surprise
, and i think that if one would split the normal 8 hour sleep cycle into 2 smaller it would be greatly beneficial for remote viewing (or astral projection) since you can notice the wake/sleep transition very well when you're not too tired. besides i could carry on until deep in the night and be bright in the morning after a few hours sleep.:-P
