ok i dont speak very often but here goes
for awhile i have had the dream of starting a pagan temple of sorts in my city
i am getting together with about 20 people and sitting down and seeing what can be done talked out and who is willing to help talking about pros cons ideas what should and shouldnt be outline outlooks and a bunch of other things i know i am gonna have to go for my NPO license and stuff but what should i be focusing on what should i be asking and doing im sure many of you have ideas and thought advice and knowledge please i ask you brothers and sister aid me with advice and ideas in this task it can become a reality it just takes steps

because its not just for me it could be a place for pagan festivals and just a bigger pciture idea i often worship alone but ive got atleast 30 people pushing for the idea and im gonna be doing a sit down meeting with them soon enough im trying to figure out other points of veiw and advice on how to proceed in this

I would suggest a ground plan of the temple - between the sacred and the profane. Also how the powers that be are represented and dealt with in the sphere.
Most I would assume model on the model of ceremonial magic - which is logical. I would go for something a bit more universal and maybe not using totally the western sacred sense of a holy place.
Of course, seeing where you are from and the amount of people you are doing it with this will happen hopefully naturally.
But in essence you need two places in your temple - one for action, one for contemplation and there should be a marked division between the two.
Also try to make your own representations of the deity's you wish to work with - hell try to make your own deity's - but that is another ball of wax.
Bother with friendly advice.
Roaring and penetrating farm animals.
