I would like to apologise for the service outage which occured today.
From what I can gather, the outage began around 4pm GMT, and was resolved around 8:30pm GMT.
Unfortunately, I've been having trouble with my home internet connection, and was unable to come online before now.
The problem is that the hosting company rebooted my DNS servers without telling me so in advance; the servers need some commands performed manually to come up properly, and as the commands were not issued, the DNS server did not restart correctly.
It's reasonably quick to resolve, but unfortunately I didn't spot it sooner.
Provided you can read this message, then all is once again well

Sincere apologies for the downtime, I will see if there are some steps we can take to ensure all downtime is kept to an absolute mimimum.
