The problem is that there are now several forums hellbent on being the next occult forum, and many of the members of the old forum is spread out over them and the forums tend to be aggressive towards pepole who come in and try to steal their members.

One of us can purchase the domain from Eric. And then give it to some one for hosting. God willing, it happens.

I think the domain is already bought, there are always some commercial pepole looking for domains of formerly popular sites to put up adds there, for then when pepole go looking for the old site they get a add for Viagra or something like that. But if the web address is still free then someone should buy it and we could move this forum there.

Like Occultforums.net where a mod got ballistic on me because I politely explained that blood magick was a common practice and did not involve human or animal sacrifice.

haha, ah yes, my stay there was short too. I got in the middle of the spat the mod had with the DKMU and was summarily purged with everyone else who didn't agree with her rantings. but then I found this place, good to know that the good part of OF remanes somewhere.

I got banhammered for correcting fakelore,same mod that many of us had 'trouble' with Bara Mortath.That site is all about the money,show me the money..show me the money....lol.It's companion forums also cater to the fluffy,fakelorey fads and the profitable nature of exploiting otherkin and vampire trends among young teens.End of mini rant,lol.

We need posting to pick up a bit here,that's all.

I would love to see this place flourish. I so miss old OccultForums, after it went down I have joined allot of different occult forums, but all om them seam to be lacking. The only thing this one lack is more activity, if we could get more life here then this would be the best forum ever.

Oh and yes good job to those who saved most of the archives and put up this new forum.
