Could someone curse me?

If I was going to sell something that used to be mine at auction, could someone buy it and then use it to curse me?

or

If I have given up an item to be sold, is it no longer mine, i.e. ineffective?

Depends.If it was a frequently worn personal item like jewellery for instance,then it's certainly possible.
That is,if you don't cleanse it and store it away from everyday personal influence before giving it away/selling/disposing of it.

However,possible does not equate with probable and it matters how likely it would be,for someone who knows you or has a grudge to be able to buy said item?

Is this a hypothetical or a potential situation for you?

Yes! before selling it clear it, smudge it. I wouldn't worry about being cursed, unless you sell it to someone who does not like you. If someone wants to reap havoc in your world, trust me they don't need a personal piece of your property. Cursing someone is not as easily done as you may think. It takes alot of energy and effort on the part of the sender. And if your aware of someone trying to malign your energies, shielding is very effective as is turning that malignant energy back upon the sender.. so if you have a piece for sale and need the cash I would feel free to add it to the sale table.

What if it is an item(s) of a non personal nature, a collection of wine?

Clean the bottles individually and smudge the place they are stored in.Handle them wearing gloves,for prepping/packing etc. if you must handle them yourself after cleansing.

Job done.

Did you buy the wine or is it your own produce? Just curious.

That thing could matter. Specially when it is really your valuables but then it doesnt important at all. u need to be afraid if someone has ur hair hahah then that could be a very BIG option to the one who wanted to curse u..

I agree with the posts here. Just cleanse them. I would rinse them in Four Thieves Vinegar, then in purified water, and handle with gloves while packing (as Nahemah said).

If someone wanted to curse you, I doubt they'd do it through a bottle of wine.
