Hi everyone. I'm a recent college graduate in my early twenties trying to get back into occult studies. I used to spend every weekend reading materials and looking into things that interested me. While I was in college, I had less time to study it. I'm hoping to reignite my interest a bit now. I am very drawn to psychic practices and have been doing Tarot, palm, and intuitive readings for a very long time. I also am interested in astral projection. I have some experience with it, but I am not quite at the point where I can do it consciously whenever I want. Tradition-wise, I'm fairly non-committed but I like reading about the left-hand path, chaos magic, personal daemons, etc. There's really no tradition that I'm flat-out uninterested in, but I'm trying to narrow my focus a bit and maybe meet some interesting people along the way.

Narrowing your focus is a must if you want to accomplish something, otherwise you'll end up knowing lot of theory about more areas, but having less to no experience in those areas.eternal_undone wrote:Hi everyone. You can have more areas of interest in your life, but deal with them just one at a time and try to fully focus on it.
About astral projection, i recently started to practice as well , to get to do it consciously.
So far, the method that best suits me is the one when i stay on my back, relax all the muscles in my body, then intend to project. The vibrations intensity of the body is a sign that i'm getting close to it. I know this because i did it a while ago (mostly by default), and had the same feelings.
