I'm imbuing an amulet. I've created a spell I call Pandora, which it is essentially a life-time long ritual where the amulet grows stronger as the ritual progresses.
My question is what are the potential effects and ramifications of having over one thousand individuals recite an incantation upon touching the amulet, effectively imprinting their energy onto the amulet? I understand it is wise to be careful about accepting gifts from strangers, since the object may be deliberately or otherwise radiate negativity. In a sense, what I'm doing is the exact opposite.
That is a lot of negative and positive energy, which I've never heard of such a ritual, spell, or method of imbuing before. Due to all the energy I and others put into it, I expect it to become an extraordinarily powerful object.
Imbuing an amulet
Re: Imbuing an amulet
When I imprinted my energy into something, I can then track it. So for example, I loaned someone a charged necklace many years ago for a weekend. I used the necklace then as a link and was able to track her location, mood, and what she was doing. Although I intended it as a friendly "hello" and checking in, I ended up astral projecting visibly while she and her partner were in the middle of sex (which rather ruined the mood). Opps. We had a good laugh about it later, but not exactly what I wanted to witness or interrupt.
Just something to keep in mind . . .

Re: Imbuing an amulet
None, because amulets don't work like that. Instead of "charging" with "energy", art of telesmata (often perverted by contemporaries), talismans as we know, come from arabic, hellenic, jewish and European magic, and operates by setting natural, philosophic, celestial or planetary properties on the object. It can be done by magician himself or with help of a spirit. My question is what are the potential effects and ramifications of having over one thousand individuals recite an incantation upon touching the amulet, effectively imprinting their energy onto the amulet?
