Okay im not sure if this would be the right forum for posting dreams.. but i have to share this, It completely blew my mind.
Okay so, i went to sleep about 11:30 and i didn't have any dreams (none that i can remember anyway) but at some point, i woke up at around 7 P.M. (this is the dream of course). So i got up and ate and all that, went on my PC for a bit. I thought it was kind of weird because i couldn't feel anything, like my body was numb but i could still move around. So eventually i went back to bed and as soon as i closed my eyes in the dream, my alarm sounded and i woke up.
Its not very exciting, but i thought it was very strange.. there wasn't any dream-like objects of appearances like usual, it was all normal. I'm guessing the time before i "woke up" in the dream, the time when i wasn't dreaming, was actually me just sleeping within the dream o.O Any thoughts on why this happened or something, because it was just odd

Re: Inception
Whenever I notice that numb feeling I usually realize that I'm dreaming. It's a good indicator for becoming lucid.
And I've had lots of dreams about waking up and going back to sleep, sometimes several times in several layers in one dream. I hope you can have more. =]

It was a pretty lucid dream, i mean i got up and i ate ramen noodles and played fallout new vegas for a bit, then went back to sleep... honestly it felt as real as real life, only i was a little numb... I figured it was because i slept all day and missed school and what not... but it was such a surprise when i went back in bed and POOF my alarm was going off at 5:30 AM

Hey Sas,
I'm not sure if you picked up on this, but I think that when reptilian talks about a 'lucid dream' he's referring to that state when you realise, within the dream, that you are dreaming, and take conscious control of the experience.
I've had some experience with lucid dreaming myself over the years, and it sounds like you were on the cusp of awakening within the dream. I would suggest you hold the experience in mind and try to encourage wakefulness whilst dreaming. I've had a lot of fun with lucid dreaming, and I've found that it can be put to excellent use as a magickal tool.
