working with mercury

what is the best time to work with mercury ?, best time meaning astrologically, i know it is not nessecary but a part of me thinks that it would be usefull.

my preparation for the ritual has a free style approach yet clinging to the ancient Qabala paradigm ie hod sephira, number 8, sage inscense, colour orange and finally the air element. i also think if you can condense the whole idea to a specific time during the day it would suffice. according to crowley, the sun 9 degrees sagittaruis, the moon 20 degrees leo, mercury 19 degrees scorpio.
what ever that means [crazy] .

I assume that those coordinates are 3 times that are favorable because an alinement like of all 3 to that exact would occur once in like hundreds of years. The first one occurred Nov 30 2012, August 12 2012, Nov 11 2012 for me so there will be 3 times a year the planets are in the correct place and hopefully you are in a place where an alignment comes at a better time, or maybe you have to do the 3 time, but it will depend on you location.

Working with degrees in astrology is hard for example the moons orbit is 27.33 days so there are 360 degrees meaning you would only have 0.076 days or 1 hour 49 minutes and 19 seconds for it to have that alignment.
