So long and happy trails

Post by Clockwork Ghost »

Certain things have happened here that have left a bad taste in my mouth, and I dont think I can continue on as a constructive member of this forum as a result. Sadly I must therefore resign as an active member.

Thanks to everyone here who made my brief stay so much fun. [thumbup]

At the risk of making myself vulnerable: noooooooooooooo! Don't do this! If it was the thing about Loli you were like a voice of reason almost. I didn't know 100% sure that she would come back.

If I'm wrong then I guess it doesn't matter... or maybe it does matter. Was I an ash-hoe?

[oh]

I am... quite frankly flabbergasted by this announcement, Case. [stare] And very disappointed that you are leaving our midst, but I suppose 'tis Fate. I wish you good luck in all your future occult projects.

Having received personal requests to return to Occultforum.org, and having decided that I acted too hastily based on a knee jerk reaction to what was basically just a slap in the face from someone I thought was a friend, I have decided to rescind my decision to leave here and instead focus on the many positives of this place over the few negatives.

Akimbomoss - no, you are not an ash hoe, you just post things in random places and that irritates me because I like to be able to find things. Ive decided that thats not a problem though, because your particular form of madness is obviously a form of gnosis, and I have no right to tell you its wrong.

Madavascus - Sorry to leave you in the lurch with the Elder Scrolls project, but I think I just had to find perspective for a moment. Now Ive found that I feel that I can go forward with this whole thing and get serious with those things that matter, turning the other cheek to the negative aspects that almost drove me away from this great forum in the first place.

JOY! [grin] Thank you for reconsidering your position, and staying with us, friend! Your words of wisdom are definitely welcomed here, and quite frankly, I personally would have missed you terribly if you left us. [cry]

Also, thank you for supporting the working group on the Elders Scrolls mythos!

Yeah, even though I feel like a complete drama queen for saying hello, posting 200-odd posts, making a big drama about leaving, then coming back again - all in less than a month. Its a pity they dont give out awards for the biggest load of complete bollocks in a forum, because Id win it hands down... [grin]

Nah, its all sorted out now, no harm done - it was all part of a misunderstanding and Im as equally to blame as anyone if blame is being apportioned. I really enjoy the quality of the posting that goes on here - its great to see people actually thinking about occult topics and writing about them in such interesting and constructive ways.

Case you are just toying with all of us here you fiend.

(JK. LOL. XXX.)
Your head's like mine, like all our heads; big enough to contain every god and devil there ever was. Big enough to hold the weight of oceans and the turning stars. Whole universes fit in there! But what do we choose to keep in this miraculous cabinet? Little broken things, sad trinkets that we play with over and over. The world turns our key and we play the same little tune again and again and we think that tunes are all we are.
