I don't mean to one up you but earlier today I went snow-shoeing semi-deep boreal and I got the full treatment. Woodpeckers and chickadees on top of that. I never took that path before and it was really great. On the occult side of it my spirit slyph Sodium is a woodpecker and played out their song to me again so I would remember. Even flew right over me. I once had a pet parrot of a friend looking directly at sodium even though he was flying all over the place. It was really damn cool. Animals are spiritual.
