Thought that just came to me about chaos magick
Just a little musing I had, what do you think of this? Part of the reason why chaos magick works is because when you're putting a desire/intention into your subconscious mind means you're moving towards it EVERY DAY. Infact, every minute of every hour of every day. Its there. Its going to happen. You will make it happen. Not by procastinating and then rushing to do it all at once like you normally do, but making small (and very subtle, often undetectable) changes to your attitude, outlook, behaviour, desires, relationships and goals that you work towards every day because its always there sitting in your subconscious.
Wild cats shall meet with desert beasts, satyrs shall call to one another, there shall the Lilith repose, and find for herself a place to rest.

Absolutely correct. It is my theory that this is the way magic works, full stop. Somewhere in the depths of your subconscious is the direct interface to the universe.
"The world is made of many pages
And every page contains a world
We flicker through them in the daytime
But in the night become unfurled."
And every page contains a world
We flicker through them in the daytime
But in the night become unfurled."

My view has always been pretty close to this as well, although I think that the conscious has its own ability and role, too.Moth wrote:Absolutely correct. Well yes - your conscious mind is the interface to your subconscious :-)
